Job SummaryThe purpose of this role is to provide a proactive client solution, manage the contract whilst ensuring effective service delivery, staff management, resource management, and client management.FunctionsUnderstand and deliver on all client and operational requirements.Ensure that all KPI's are achieved.Compile reports and provide information to management and client.Resolve client and members of public complaints.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks with all stakeholders in your area.Manage and lead staff to ensure a competent, disciplined, and engaged team.Ensure that communication of all policy changes and updates are provided to the staff as and when they are relayed from Branch Manager.Manage the work schedules of direct reports.Complete documentation regarding site administration such as risk analysis, site surveys, site audits, letters, investigations, and management reports.Minimum RequirementsMatric/Grade 12PSIRA Grade ADiploma/Tertiary qualification in Operations Management advantageous10 years experience in security leadership in which 5 years must be at a mid-management levelExperience in CID environment (advantageous)Competent leadership and management skillsStakeholder managementReport writingAdministrationKnowledge and understanding of Labour legislationValid drivers license and own vehicleJob Type: Full-time
