Continuous Improvement Practitioner Bpo Sector

Location: On-site | Salary: R50,000 per month | Full-time ? ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE CONTACT CENTER EXPERIENCE ? We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to work within our accounts, delivering successful projects that enhance performance in our offshoring environment.
This role involves analyzing current processes and data , identifying areas for optimization , and implementing improvements in collaboration with the business and our clients.
You will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other techniques to ensure we deliver maximum value by helping clients optimize their operations.
Key Stakeholders: Internal: COO, Operations Directors, Heads of Operations, Operations Managers, Project Manager, Client Solutions Director, Performance Director.
External: Amplify5 clients.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Deliver sustainable continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and apply Lean Six Sigma techniques.
Lead the implementation of improvement initiatives across client operations.
Facilitate workshops & projects to review processes and build future roadmaps for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of bottom-up continuous improvement across the business.
Key Competencies & Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and re-engineering .
Proven ability to oversee and implement process optimizations for peak performance.
