REQUIREMENTS Grade 12equivalent A minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience of which at least 1year Contact Centre experience is essential Must be computer literate Must have good typing, phone and Internet navigation skills Must have the ability to interact with clients through multiple platforms such as, email, Instant Messenger and Social Media Customer serviceoriented attitude. Must have an excellent command of Afrikaans andor English verbal and written An additional South African language will be advantageous verbal and written Ability to work from home, as and when business needs require it. An existing and dedicated 10MB Uncapped Fiber Line will be necessary Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends as and when business requirements dictate. Duties Be professional at all times and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and takes the highest priority. Provide professional customer support by communicating with customers through various channels. Manage all incoming calls and dedicate time to outbound call campaigns as well as any other assigned tasks. Be adaptable with different types of clients and scenarios such as assisting clients who require a support inperson. Maintain indepth product knowledge and educate customers about our products. Maintain customer records by updating account information as well as communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
