Customer Service Contact Centre Advisor opportunity RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout inbound calls communication Communicate clearly and professionally to our customers Deliver including productivity, customer satisfaction and quality - together with work attendance you will be working towards generous bonus scheme on top of the basic salary Resolution of queries, ideally within the first contact, to the customers satisfaction and in-line with procedures and regulations Ensure all notes are recorded accurately and professionally in our system. Ensure all internal processes and procedures are adhered to. Take ownership of all communications and keep customers up-to-date with progress through the process. Building relationships and rapport with both colleagues and existing customers of the brand SKILLS EXPERIENCE Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Customer focused approach to work Experience in providing excellent customer care Strong organisational skills A positive and resilient attitude Ability to handle complaints with an empathetic approach, whilst remaining objective Ability to deal with difficult situations Ability to use your initiative where needed and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Keen on learning and developing skills Computer literacy Non experienced staff will be offered training.
