Job Description Deloitte Strategic Advisory Africa forms part of our Consulting Services business, you will work with team to help our clients with their Go to Market Strategies, Transformation, Products and Services, Innovation Strategies, Digital Venturing and Customer Experiences, bridging Business and Customer Strategies by design.

Senior Managers will support the Business Unit Leadership in the delivery of services to clients on delegated engagements/projects.  By developing high-performing people and teams they lead and support to make an impact that matters and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.
Responsibilities: Strategic Advisory for TMT Strategy Projects  Lead TMT strategy & insights projects by analyzing category, client, and customer, leveraging data and synthesizing for client recommendation Help clients identify the right key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas of improvement, and influence their strategy Build strong relationships with client digital and marketing leaders to provide strategic advice on business futures Through tight alignment with the sales, business and product organizations, develop and lead on market expansion initiatives to unlock new revenue channels, provide valuable market and customer insights for business growth Responsible for developing and implementing segment marketing strategies and programs across country Ability to rapidly ideate and create concepts and articulate strong storylines to clients.
Perform the role of a key advisor to our clients on go-to-market strategies.
Lead qualitative and quantitative and secondary research  Go to Market, Revenue Management & Stakeholder Engagement  Build deep professional relationships across a diverse network and use a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact.
Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with the relevant Offering Portfolios With regional business and marketing directions in mind, the role will define our business plans to tap into the growth potential in the region with alignment to the go-to-market plan.
Work with various functional teams, corporate marketing, country sales to plan a wide range of programs - successfully driving the execution of those programs in the country.
Communicate plans across cross-functional teams, execute and monitor success.
Provide counsel and insight to the team and see through the development of design strategies to implementation.
Understand and identify key market opportunities – delivering coordinated marketing programs to get results with good customer experience.
Manage sales to fulfil vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets  Leadership Accountability  Establish a strong leadership brand and inspire their team through passion, integrity, and appreciation of others Lead junior team members by coaching them to both provide leverage on projects and grow their technical and communication skills Deliver exceptional quality results and stakeholder value by leveraging each person's strengths to build high performing teams across businesses and borders Accountable for leading a cross functional team, integrating product strategy, product design, together with leveraging the business and technology teams Contribute to building an inclusive talent pipeline by creating a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains diverse, top talent and high performing teams Developing best practice within the team – such creating internal knowledge bases, thought leadership and contributing/leading to Training, Professional Development, Innovation and Talent Acquisition Sector and Domain Specialization Have a passion for TMT topics, relevant work experience within TMT and an interest to focus on subsectors within TMT as a thought leader  Ability to apply deep sector expertise to lead initiatives in a given offering domain and enable a client's transformation Ability to develop deep situational expertise with the combination of sector and offering domain to make tailored recommendations that enable the client's strategic agenda Experience Required Experience with a Tier-One Professional Services Firm and/or leading blue-chip organisation in related industry vertical 7-10 years working experience including 5 years in a client facing as well as 5 years in a management role with a focus on digital transformation Working experience and deep working knowledge of primary industry Proven experience in 1/more of the customer domains of Sales, Service, Marketing and Commerce Relevant Strategic Advisory Competencies Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions across or in chosen industry verticals 10 – 12 years deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Corporate strategy, operating model, data and analytics, Digital Marketing, Route to Market, Revenue Growth Management, Digital Commerce.
