You will collaborate with team members to deliver quality outputs, contribute to business growth, and mentor junior staff.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing and modeling the financial performance of acquisition targets, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency assessments.Reviewing historical performance against budgets and investigating variances.Preparing financial due diligence reports and working with large datasets to identify key metrics and trends.Identifying risks and issues in financial health, including cash flow, working capital, and earnings quality.Managing smaller projects or sections of larger projects, including buy/sell-side, refinancing, and equity transactions.Coordinating with clients, target management, and mentoring junior staff.Communicating key findings and insights to clients and senior team members.Supporting business development activities, including target identification and pitch preparation.Growth and DevelopmentWe invest in your professional growth through on-the-job learning, self-guided courses, and certifications.
