Job Opportunity : Construction Manager - Industrial / CommercialPosition Location : Johannesburg and PretoriaJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager for our industrial and commercial projects.
The position will be based between Johannesburg and Pretoria, depending on the site requirements.Qualifications :MUST have a BSc Hons degree in Construction Management.Minimum of 17 - 20 years' experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of the construction site.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
SHEQResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.Additional InformationSalary market related plus benefits.Own transport is required.Availability to start as soon as possible will be an added advantage.
