Our client, a well-established construction firm, is seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Site Foreman with a proven track record in high-end builds.What You'll Be Doing? Overseeing construction of luxury homes and office blocks from foundation to finish? Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workers? Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met? Managing site safety, inspections, and regulatory compliance? Reading and interpreting building plans? Handling reporting and daily site records (must be PC literate) What You'll Need? 10+ years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role? Strong residential and commercial construction experience (luxury builds preferred)? Project Management qualifications or experience essential? Must be computer literate (emails, spreadsheets, site reports)? Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills Relevant Qualifications (Preferred):National Diploma in Construction Management / BuildingNQF Level 4-6 Certificate in Construction Supervision (CETA-accredited)Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)Health & Safety training (e.g., SACPCMP registration, SAMTRAC) Advantageous
