CRITICAL PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESCarry out routine and non-routine machinery condition monitoring data collection using data collectors and computerized condition monitoring systemsCarry out trouble-shooting, failure investigation, performance testing of existing equipment and commissioning checks of newly installed equipment; assist with alignment of equipmentCarry out vibration analysis and performance evaluation (on compressors, motors and pumps) as per Preventative Maintenance Schedule and ad-hoc requirementsIdentify and report equipment / machinery showing potential mechanical fatigue and recommend necessary preventative / corrective actionsAssist and carry out troubleshooting and failure investigations (root cause analysis) and coordinate with relevant area maintenance Supervisors / managers, in troubleshooting activitiesAssist the Maintenance Manager to develop condition monitoring routines, lubrication routines and checks for plant equipmentMonitor physical condition of plant assets and report same for preventive / corrective actionsPerform monthly equipment vibration & heat trend analysis evaluations and submit weekly & monthly reportsParticipate in audits and reviews of the condition monitoring functions to identify actions for continuous improvementOperate according to and maintain Safety, Health and Environment and Quality Standards and Procedures.
