Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute compliance activities based on the Compliance Strategy Plan to ensure regulatory adherence.Monitor new regulatory mandates and ensure policies are updated and communicated promptly.Design and deliver compliance training and participate in management training programs.Advise the business on compliance with laws and regulations.Assess regulatory impacts on business operations and collaborate on compliance measures.Conduct compliance reviews and audits as scheduled or required.Follow up on audit recommendations and monitor compliance breaches.Provide guidance on compliance issues and support statutory project initiatives.Create awareness of new compliance requirements and assess risks.Support stakeholder engagement and act as a trusted compliance advisor.Prepare compliance reports and review policies for improvement.Manage compliance risks and execute risk-based compliance activities.Ideal Candidate ProfileRelevant legal qualification.Risk management experience (advantageous).Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, with in-depth knowledge of life insurance and consulting business.Technical understanding of the Insurance Act, FAIS, and FIC Act.Benefits and EnvironmentNetworking and collaboration opportunities.Progressive and agile work environment.Opportunities for innovation and ownership.Candidate QualitiesAdaptable and curious.Ability to analyze complex data.Team-oriented and collaborative.Application DetailsApply before the deadline: 12/05/25.
