A Company based in Sadton Rivonia has a posistion for a Compliance Officer salary is Negotiable The individual will be responsible for managing the Compliance function at the Company, which will include: Identification of applicable legislation that the Company needs to comply with and monitor the regulatory universe; Develop a system to timeously identify changes in the regulatory environment and ensure that the Company responds timeously to such changes; Draft relevant risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with legislation; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution; Develop and implement an effective Compliance Program; Develop and implement an training and monitoring Program; Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies (NCR,FSB etc); Assists in coordinating implementation of Company policies; Coordinate the implementation ofCompany complaints procedure; Facilitate reporting to Social & Ethics committee; Identify new draft laws and policies which affect the Companyand prepare submissions to relevant structures on behalf of the Company; Identify policy issues which adversely affect BEE and assist the Company to create advocacy strategies in respect of such issues; Assist the Secretariat department with the establishment of a Records Management department; and Assist the CRO and General Counsel with implementation of an effective Ethics Management program.
