Our client is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager, to join their dynamic team.
The Compensation & Benefits manager is a subject matter expert on all areas of Compensation & Benefits offering a comprehensive end to end service ensuring best practice reward and remuneration across all SSA markets. This individual ensures that there is accurate processing of the payroll across all affiliates and that all related internal and external payments are made. This role ensures good governance and that there are appropriate policies, processes and SOPs in place to support the payroll and that all related HRIS are maintained accurately with benchmark processes & policies. Responsible for ensuring the consistent application of the relevant Company and Group policies. This individual ensures that Compensation & Benefit practices are aligned to best practice in markets and that these are competitive in the local markets.
This role effectively manages all Compensation & Benefit activities that is linked to business & HR objectives and strategy, effectively facilitates change management and engages employees for enhanced employee performance and optimum business results. This role is responsible for HR analytics, HR data management and HR reporting.
Skills and Experience:-
Relevant degree in business with Finance/Tax/Payroll qualification.
8-10 years’ Compensation & Benefit experience with at least 6 years at a management level in a large corporate with full compensation & benefit responsibility.
Must have payroll experience in processing payroll, including tax. Multi African countries payroll experience will be an advantage.
Experience with expat payrolls is required.
Experience of working in a multinational environment FMCG would be advantageous.
Ability to lead a team.
Must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivery in the Compensation & Benefit field
Must have skillset to be regarded as a Compensation & Benefit subject matter expert.
