We have an exciting opportunity for a creative Community Manager to create and execute engagement plans for insight communities, online panels, and related social media platforms with the aim of encouraging member participation in research activities.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year's work experience (Admin / Customer Service / Community Management / Marketing)Market research experience advantageousCompleted a post-secondary diploma or degree, or relevant business experienceProficient in Microsoft Office tools: MS Teams, MS Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, WordKnowledge of online marketing trends and techniquesResponsibilitiesMailbox supportMonitor support mailboxes daily during working hoursRespond promptly (within 12 hours) to support emails, ideally soonerEscalate complaints or difficult queries to the Account Director and ManagersUpdate the FAQ document regularly to include common queriesCommunity ManagementDevelop monthly engagement plans for communities and panelsPost approved content to member hubs and portalsConduct regular quick polls and update membersDeploy quick poll call-to-action newsflashesCreate infographics and newsflashesCompile Member Satisfaction and Health ReportsDesign quizzes and fun activitiesStay updated with trends to innovate content creationPrize and Incentive ManagementTrack prizes centrallyNotify winners and collect contact details following community rulesPrepare and send prize notification newsflashesEnsure prizes are loaded onto portals and hubsAssist with ordering, purchasing, and arranging deliveries of prizesMaintain auditable records of prize processesEnsure prizes are awarded as per rules and follow-up communicationManage budget-aligned prize options and report monthlySales and Research SupportAssist with drafting sales proposals and administrative tasksTest surveys across devices, ensuring proper redirect, legibility, layout, and timingProvide regular updates on project statusTechnical/Product KnowledgeUnderstand key software: Sparq/Alida, Survey Gizmo/Alchemer, MaruOther TasksAssist with general research and admin tasks such as coding and wordlesCompetenciesCreative content developmentExcellent communication skillsCustomer service and interpersonal skillsTime management and organizational skillsAttention to detailMultitasking abilityTechnological aptitudeTeamwork and positive attitudeNote: All roles require background checks (credit, criminal, ID, qualifications) due to handling sensitive information.
