Job Purpose: To manage the procurement process by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, sourcing, and negotiating with suppliers.
Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and the development of commodity strategies aligned with the Group's goals.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze procurement trends and assist with budgeting.
Develop sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings.
Ensure BBBEE targets are met and compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead tender processes and contract negotiations with suppliers.
Manage contracts and supplier performance.
Contribute to transformation and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Improve procurement processes and systems.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement.
Advanced Diploma/National 1st Degree.
Preferred: CIPS, MCIPS.
Competencies: Strong decision-making, communication, and work management skills.
