Details of the offer

The role of the committee officer will be responsible for the administaration and committee services of the Corporate Services Department. This includes, but is not limited to:
Meetings - Coordinate and finalise meetings, taking minutes in AFRIKAANS and ENGLISH, preparing documents.

Assist with TRAVEL and ACCOMODATION arragements.
Support with AUDIT Committee and EXTERNAL committee.
Coordinate and arrange function/budget summary.
Administrative support - General typing (verbatim included), updating and maintaining member registers and trust registers, translations (AFRIKAANS to ENGLISH vice versa).

Planning, compiling and distribution of company annual calender in collaboration with Department heads.
Updating and of authorization letters. Communication with Congress sponsers.
Document Management - Filling and distribution of mail.

MUST BE FLUENT in AFRIKAANS and ENGLISH (written and spoken language).
MUST have a 3 year Secretarial Diploma
MUST have at least 5 years relevant experience
Computer literate in ALL MS Office programmes on ADVANCED level
Drivers Licence
Dictaphone experience
