MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of 5+ years experience as COMMERCIAL Vehicle Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership
Senior Certificate
Valid South African Drivers License Code 14 beneficial
Ability to manage total financial and budgeting aspect of the department (E.g.
Forecasting OEM, Reporting to OEM, Rebate Management, Floor Plan Management)
SKILLS :
Valuations of trade in vehicles
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
High Level of motivation, initiative and integrity
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Stock Control, including OEM reporting and floorplan management
Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales target (15 + units delivered)
Maintain and grow fleet customer basis
Target new customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service internal to both internal and external clients
Adhere to company standards and manage prescribed work processes
Think outside the box when it comes to marketing and selling vehicles
