(These roles are national).Objectives and ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent direct sales services to generate business from new and existing clients.Identify and implement innovative methods to grow your insurance portfolio.Prospect for new clients through networking, cold-calling, and door-to-door canvassing.Manage and enhance portfolio profitability and growth by ensuring timely delivery of services such as amendments, renewals, and claims, thereby improving the quality of underwritten business.Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations for clients.Offer solutions by selling non-life insurance products tailored to client needs.Continuously expand your client base to ensure future portfolio growth.Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across all products.Achieve sales targets set for daily, weekly, and monthly periods.Maintain a minimum quote-to-sales ratio.Maintain agreed NTU and cancellation ratios.Perform after-sales service tasks within your allocated customer portfolio.Address and resolve escalated client queries and complaints promptly.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.Retain existing business, including renewal discussions, in line with business processes and the FAIS Code of Conduct.Collaborate with other departments (underwriting, pricing, claims) to improve processes and enhance customer experience.Manage your time and workload effectively to meet deadlines and targets.Oversee the end-to-end customer experience for new and existing clients, providing first-line support for queries.Proactively suggest service and relationship improvements where applicable.Contribute to a service-oriented culture that fosters rewarding relationships, innovation, and exceptional service.Cost Control and GovernanceUse organizational resources, time, and materials efficiently, in line with policies and procedures.Adhere to corporate governance policies, procedures, and standards.Operate within authorized mandates.People PracticesAlign your behavior with the organization's culture and values.Share knowledge of products, processes, and systems with colleagues.Collaborate with the OMI team to meet service level objectives.Participate actively in the team to achieve balanced scorecard goals.Achieve your individual performance objectives.Engage in ongoing professional development and career planning.Qualifications and ExperienceGrade 12 or National Senior Certificate.FAIS compliance in the Non-life Commercial product category.Minimum of 2 years' experience in non-life insurance.If interested and qualified, please copy and paste the link below to complete the Wamley Interview.
