? Leads Sub-Saharan Africa Account Managers and sales specialists in the execution of their individual Plan, ensuring all the team drive towards achievement of the overall TIMEA Operating Plan. Manages the sales function in the assigned area in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues and to the assigned Operating Plan Responsible for implementing the sales plan as agreed with the Executive General Manager, incl. forecast and budget, monitoring the sales effort and performance against budget and to take corrective actions where necessary. Supports the Executive General Manager in liaising with other disciplines such as Order Fulfilment, Finance, Sales Operations and Service Manage key accounts and grow the business in line with Sub-Saharan Africa growth strategies and expectations Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operates at multiple levels in the accounts’ organizations, but also facilitates the executive level interfaces between company and the accounts where necessary Prepare the annual territory business plan in line with the business strategy and execute at geographic level Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies Responsible for maintaining accurate account level CLM (CRM) input for assigned accounts in Salesforceincluding: opportunity lists; key contacts; Installed base data (Elekta and non-Elekta); sales activity logs including key meetings Evaluate, appoint and manage the sub Saharan African indirect Sales Force. Ensure that regular face-to-face performance and coaching meeting take place with all direct reports and where necessary ensure that any underperformance/training needs identified are documented and HR support requested Ensure all direct reports have a meaningful annual performance planning and evaluati ?
