Have you managed a Collections Call Center Team? Have you done done so for more than 2 Years? Are you passionate about getting the best out of your staff? The ideal candidate would need to be a strong leader with excellent people skill, as you will be leading and developing a team of Agents, while ensuring that SLA's are achieve consistantly. Duties Managing service levels in the inbound and outbound environment; Staff scheduling; Staff training; Staff performance monitoring; Managing poor performance; Interpretation and action on dashboard information and stats; Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 2-5 Year Team Leading collections Enviroment Matric Vision Plus Exposure Presence Exposure
