Cloud Solution Architect

Morson International are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect for our client in the Telecommunications industry in South Africa.

Due to current immigration and flight situation, only candidates currently in SA as resident or with a resident permit will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the pre-sales technical communication with key customers, and the insight into key customers opportunities
- Based on client's cloud products and solutions, be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, POC verification, and traditional IT cloud solution design for public cloud projects
- Be responsible for the migration and online delivery of public cloud products and solutions participate in and ensure the delivery of key projects
- Work with sales (BD), R&D, SRE, and other teams to ensure the continuous operation of key customers
- Provide general requirements input for products and solutions based on the region and industry characteristics, so as to support competitiveness improvement.

Technical Skills Requirements:

- The designer of the cloud solution for large-scale data centers is preferred
- Have related background experience in regional business of a certain industry
- Have technical background, and good understanding of data, platform, and technology
- Be familiar with customers cloud services and understand the requirements and pain points of CIOs for IT evolution solutions

Professional knowledge requirements?

- Be familiar with the functions, principles, and architectures of one or more domains of the public cloud/private cloud. Have certain programming basics or development experience
- Have experience in the migration method and process on the cloud. Full life-cycle project experience is preferred?
- Experience in one or more public cloud solutions in the finance/Internet industry (game and video domain) / manufacturing/energy/education/healthcare
/government is preferred
- Experience in project planning, implementation, and O&M in virtualization and cloudification in related industries' IT departments is preferred?
