My client, a reputable financial services provider, is seeking a Client Services Team Leader with a strong client service ethic to join their team based in the Southern Suburbs.
This role entails processing of investor transactions and payments, regulatory reporting, investor reporting, conducting KYC and AML checks.
Responsibilities: Preparation and distribution of reports to investorsProcessing of investor transactionsCapturing, verifying and reconciling investor tradesReviewing regulatory disclosures to investorsLiaising with investors to resolve queriesRequesting KYC from investors and reviewing documents via a digital KYC solutionConducting FICA reviews on new and existing investorsPreparation, review and submission of reports to the regulatorLiaising with prime brokers, management companies and custodians to open bank accountsProcessing payments via online banking platformsLiaising with fund managers to resolve queriesPreparation of fund minimum disclosure documentsRequirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experienceStrong analytical skills and an eye for detail are requiredStrong client service ethicPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
