Client Liason

Receive clients and visitors at our reception, assist and direct them to the right persons. Assist with customer queries, screen and direct phone calls to the right departments Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to managers. Candidate must be presentable, well spoken, great telephone and email etiquette. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Energetic and a team player. Basic computer skill is a requirement (Internet/Web, Email etc)
