Providing strategic advice & guidance to and manages relationship with C-suite of one or more of our most critical clients globally
Proactively identify and connect with client peers to expand the client’s perception of Accenture, what we do, and how we deliver value.
Expand power map and leverage the ecosystem around each C-suite member of our client (e.g., boards, memberships, non-profit)
Uses Accenture's Leadership Essentials to guide all client interactions.
Create new economic value at scale by expanding Accenture's footprint and share of wallet at our most strategically important clients globally
Responsible for achieving sales growth and client results and contributing to overall Market / Market Unit performance
Recognized as an industry influencer, positively impacting growth of a sub-industry within Accenture and growth of a sub-industry overall
Consciously bring all of Accenture to the client (e.g., organizational constructs/networks/offerings)
Embrace change and transform setback, driving continuous innovation where the client is a first follower in the industry (i.e. capitalizes on new trends in the industry)
Recognizes opportunities to foster and facilitate assets, offerings, thought leadership activities
Actively engage in client and industry challenges in order to be able to create origination opportunities everywhere all the time
Guide the Commercial team as they handle complex commercial problems and negotiations
May have an expanded leadership role in the broader sales process or strategic account

Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a large/integrated Advertising Agency
At least three+ years’ previous experience in a high-volume environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilise resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within scope
Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail
Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of the agency’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives
