BedRock, part of the TWK Group, has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) at Bleskop Siding, North West.Responsibilities And DutiesDaily sales invoicingAssist in administrative dutiesFilingReconciliationsPrepare, capture, and summarise reportsGeneral office dutiesAnswer and respond to organisation emails and forward communication to appropriate parties as necessaryResponsible for daily record keeping of certain key accounts i.e.
data capturing and filingDaily spreadsheets with regards to stock control, work orders and mechanical maintenance controlsDaily liaising with mine accountants and mine stores personnel and buyersCreating of control sheets for cost controlling and expensesAssist where required to keep office running smoothlyAssist with Payroll entries, problem resolution and queriesAny other duties given by managementQualifications And SkillsMatric / Grade 122-3 years' experience in a similar position (advantageous)Computer literate with advanced skills in MS ExcelExcellent administrative skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsDeadline driven, good organising and planning skillsOwn transportThe company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
