Must a Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum of 2 years related experience in an admin environment
Intermediate MS Office/PC skills
Administration of withdrawal/retrenchment claims
Calculating benefits payable
Corresponding with members or employers via mail, e-mail or telephonically
Completing and submitting necessary statistical reports
