We are currently seeking an experiencedBodily Injury Claims Adjusterthat is skilled at handling both Non-Attorney Represented as well as Attorney represented claims. The candidate would possess the ability and passion to care about accurately resolving their customer's claim problems in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
Handle all aspects of claim settlement including investigation, correspondence, negotiation and settlement.
Deliver a customer-focused claims experience.
Conduct thorough coverage and liability investigations to arrive at fair and amicable settlements, which include both Property Damage and Bodily Injury handling that are both Attorney represented as well as Non-attorney represented claims.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of automobile claims liability experience.
Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
Detail-oriented in a multi-tasking environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Customer-focused orientation modeling patience and empathy.
Ability to make independent decisions and use proper judgment.
Ability and willingness to handle cases of increasing complexity and severity involving both Property Damage and Bodily Injury.
Self-motivated team player.
High School Diploma, but College Degree preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
