Chief Operations Officer

Duration: 3 YearsPaterson Grade: E-LowerSalary Range: R818 400 R1 636 800 per annum Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the CEO in setting and executing organizational vision and operational strategies.Oversee daily operations, driving employee productivity and fostering a highly inclusive workplace culture.Lead strategic planning, policy development, and implementation.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the effective operation of the organization.Set performance goals, monitor operational plans, and contribute to annual performance reporting.Liaise with internal auditors to identify and mitigate strategic and operational risks.Build strong relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders.
