Chefs-Cooks & Kitchen Staff Wanted!

Description On the lookout to build a team of well rounded chefs and passionate cooks for a new and exciting eatery in Howick, Curry's Post.

I am not in search of hot headed, flashy chefs. I don't care if you made the worlds best Béarnaise sauce in France or how you can butcher an entire cow blindfolded.

I am searching of chefs who want to grow along lines of honesty, humility, curiosity and consistency.

Requirements (not subject to)
Well rounded cooks (hot, cold, pastry sections)
2 years experience in a fast paced kitchen
Food hygiene standards and practises
Ability to work within a team.
Ability to learn from me and grow with me
Hands-on (PLEASE, I cannot hear ''it's not my section'')
Organisational skills
Time mangement
Resilience & stamina
Ability to work weekends. No night work!
