A 60 – 80 seater fine-dining restaurant offering a selective Set Menu during dinner time and operated by a Chef Patron who spent a number of years making a name for himself as an up-and-coming young chef in fine cuisine in London and also working in Australia and France, as well as, a number of other UK based top-ranked and Michelin starred establishments, seeks a Chef de Partie for either the Saucier, Grill & Poissonnier Sections.
Our client is only considering candidates who have worked in top establishments and is familiar with very high kitchen standards.
This is an incredible opportunity offered to a young Chef who wants to improve on his/ her skills and learn from a Master Chef.
