CHEF DE PARTIErole for an iconic establishment. Must have at least 4 years of cheffing experience in an upmarket establishment.Must have very strong work ethic and be determined and disciplined. Must be dedicated to upskilling and learning more of the craft and open to new ideas and methods. Must be a team player, with immense attention to detail and the ability to be consistent and to deliver daily.Must have extensive experience with Japanese cuisine and grilling methods as well as tempura, etc. This is non negotiable and candidate must have working knowledge of related ingredients, usage, handling and the relavnt cooking methods.
