Position Overview:Our client is seeking a qualified Change Manager with substantial experience in SAP implementation or migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, coupled with hands-on experience in SAP-related initiatives. Fluency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable due to the international nature of the role, which may require frequent travel.Key Responsibilities:Change Management Planning:Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to SAP implementation or migration projects.Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with key stakeholders at various levels within the organization to foster buy-in and support for change initiatives.Communication:Craft clear and effective communication materials to convey project updates, training information, and other relevant messages to stakeholders.Training and Development: Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs aimed at enabling end-users to effectively utilize SAP systems.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and resistance to change, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Project Coordination:Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change management activities and project milestones.Continuous Improvement:Monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives and implement refinements as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management roles, with a focus on SAP implementation or migration projects.Extensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives within large, complex organizations.Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) and familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable, along with the flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
