Requisition Details & Talent Acquisition SpecialistREQ 137852 - Michelle ThabetheLocation: SandtonClosing Date: 06 February 2025Job PurposeTo design, develop and implement strategic change initiatives to enable Group Finance to successfully deliver on the strategic changes that impact the Group and wider Nedbank.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver change initiatives effectively, using change management practices that are methodical, planned and deliberate in the delivery of the project objectives.Consider the duration, impacted audiences, complexity of changes and organisational capability as well as informing the selection of an appropriate change strategy to conduct a change size and impact assessment.Create a change plan in support of implementing the strategy in partnership with the larger project/program team to collectively realize the change benefits.Select Change interventions to optimize the shift required to progress the enrolment of stakeholder/s.Implement required change interventions to ensure achievement of the change enrolment objectives with due consideration to institutional policies, practices and agreements.Measure progress and effectiveness of change interventions through documented and agreed KPI's.Compile change reports highlighting progress, issues and risks to key decision makers to ensure change governance and implementation progress.Assist in determining the strategic change management enablers, contribute to and challenge the relevant business cases to co-create various strategic plans.Integrate various People Practice indicators to articulate the people impact.Apply/Integrate Change Management models and methodology to design change and communication plans/frameworks.Implement innovative change practices through the design and development of initiatives.Apply change management principles to plan and execute specific key strategic initiatives (organizational change, technical and cultural).Apply proven Change Management practices to deliver sound benefits in a governed way.Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank.Assess and analyze various business indicators and put forward recommendations.Conduct Stakeholder Analysis to determine an appropriate engagement approach and optimize participation and support for the planned change.Monitor stakeholder involvement levels and maximize buy-in.Build credible business partnerships through professionalism and quality of advice and leadership.Engage various stakeholders deliberately and proactively through communication, collaboration and dedicating time.Influence and coach key stakeholders to enable effectiveness of change management.Role model the competencies of change leadership to build change management capability.Essential QualificationsAdvanced Diplomas/National 1st DegreesPreferred CertificationsChange Management certificationMinimum Experience Level5 years' experience in a Change Management roleTechnical / Professional Knowledge and ExperienceCommunication StrategiesChange managementBusiness AcumenResearch methodologyStakeholder management across Nedbank and organizational levelsAGILE methodologiesData analysisBusiness writing skillsProject management principles and methodologiesBehavioural CompetenciesBuilding PartnershipsAdaptabilityDecision MakingEmotional Intelligence EssentialsInfluencingManaging WorkStress ToleranceTechnical/Professional Knowledge and SkillsPlease contact the Nedbank Recruiting Team at +27 860 555 566
