We are looking for a CA(SA) in a CFO position with a company within the Financial Services industry based in Sandton.Requirements:CA(SA)5+ years post article experienceFinancial Services industry (Essential)Good communication skillsComputer literateSelf-starter; driven individual with good work ethicValid driver's license and own transportResponsibilities:Has a detailed understanding and application of the accounting packages and systems used to generate the general ledger.Responsible for accounting system and reporting of the company.Timely delivery of financial statements.Has a detailed understanding of all fund agreements.Responsible for company compliance.Responsible for taxation and all tax-related issues.Responsible for quarterly fund reporting.Assist with fund structuring and fundraising process.Responsible for the administration function and assist with meeting legal obligations to fund investors.Accountable and responsible for the company's statutory obligations.Management of finance staff.Effectively liaise with investors.Timely delivery and meeting of deadlines.Tenacity and a high standard of work ethic.General communication skills and a team player.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.If you have not heard from us in 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
