Restaurant group is looking for a Sous Chef for their central kitchen in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete food production process and will report to the group executive chef. Experience in food production beneficial. Ideal for candidates who are skilled is food costing, health & safety, quality and quantity control. Main duties will include food preparation and stock management. Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Working hours are day time only - 8 to 17h00 / 6 Days a week. Sundays off.
