Role Overview
We are looking for a Catalog Analyst to join a growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our product catalog, ensuring that all listings are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
You will work closely with global suppliers, oversee product data quality, and help support seamless IT hardware procurement and lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage and maintain product listings in catalog and PIM systemsCreate and edit product information, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imageryMonitor and update product availability, pricing changes, and warranty information in collaboration with suppliersEnsure compliance with platform and category standards across all listingsConduct regular quality assurance checks and catalog audits to maintain consistency and data integrityResolve listing-related issues such as discrepancies in attributes, product information, or pricingStay informed about new product releases and maintain up-to-date catalogs accordinglyQualifications and Skills
 2+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or a related fieldBachelor's degree in finance, operations, or a relevant disciplineFamiliarity with product information management systems, order fulfillment, and supply chain coordinationStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality product dataUnderstanding of eCommerce compliance and product listing standardsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
