Branch Manager - Cash ProcessingFCS DurbanReporting to the Cash Processing Regional ManagerThe above position is vacant at Durban, reporting to the Cash Processing Regional Manager.The overall purpose of this position is to maintain the entire daily operation of the branch and to ensure all feedback has been given and queries resolved as per contractual agreement between the parties.Minimum Requirements:Matric (Grade 12)Must be able to function in a stressful environment with daily challengesExcellent people management skillsExcellent time management skillsExcellent Excel and Word skillsExcellent client relationship skillsCash center processing experienceStock and consumable experienceInvestigations experienceISA Platform experienceMust be able to deal on a professional level with clientsKey Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):Processing of client`s funds – ATM, retail - manual and device experienceQueries relating to treasury and teller differencesFeedback to clients and support departmentTreasury balancingFloat checksManagement of staff membersAccepting overall responsibility for the centre and its performanceTime and attendance (Payroll) knowledge of BPSIDaily stock submissionsMonthly stock ordersDaily operational meetingsManagement of QueriesProcessing platformsDaily Operations of a Cash CentreOther personality attributes:Must be able to multi-taskMust be willing to accept responsibility and accountability for all queriesA hands on person with exceptional time management skillsMust be able to address and resolve any staff challenges which may arise.We reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
