Recruitment Heroes are working in partnership with a large Domiciliary Care provider located in East London to recruit for a Care Coordinator to coordinate hours of care delivered throughout the local area taking into account service users needs, requirements and desires.

You will be a personable, positive and passionate candidate who has previously worked within domiciliary care. Ideally you will have experience as a Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor. You will have a fantastic understanding of service users requirements and an understanding of the CQC key lines of enquiry. You will have experience working with care planning systems and be able to work well under pressure and work towards dedicated deadlines. You will have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or higher.
