Luxury Lodge in the Greater Kruger area is looking for a Camp Manager & Full Trails Guide Couple.
Camp Manager:   Duties will include:   Reception duties / Camp Management & Admin support.
Check-ins / check-outs Daily running of Reception Arranging transfers/town trips when necessary Arranging guest trips when necessary Creating accurate guest invoices on departure Hosting guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner Managing the Housekeepers & butlers during Camp Manager's leave Attending to all guest needs Room checks Room orientation on check in Overseeing bush banqueting Creditors during Admin Manager's leave cycle Payroll Administration during Admin Manger's leave cycle Handling staff Using Res Request (experience not essential however they should have knowledge/experience of at least one other hotel management software system)   Requirements:   Strong admin skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of Pastel & Res Request would be an advantage Strong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction) At least 4 years' experience in hospitality in a management role Bush lodge experience preferred 5* hospitality experience ideal Valid driver's licence   Trails Guide:   Requirements:   FGASA 2 Full Trails DEAT registered First Aid Advanced Rifle Handling Strong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction) At least 4 years' experience in hospitality Bush lodge experience preferred 5* hospitality experience ideal Valid driver's licence & PDP
