Responsibilities:
Create strategies to achieve sell-through targets.
Offer welcoming, personal, and professional service at all times.
Demonstrate effective communication: listen to customers, ask questions, understand preferences, and make the experience interactive.
Assist customers with product and service selection and information.
Perform professional makeup applications to meet customer desires.
Collect customer data for CRM or other client lists as required.
Stay informed about products, company updates, and store information.
Participate actively in events and new product launches, aiming for 100% sell-through within 6 weeks.
Engage in training sessions and mandatory partnered store training.
Inform customers promptly about promotions and events.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
Keep counters, shelves, and storage areas clean and dust-free.
Remove discontinued stock.
Ensure cleaning tools are stocked and in good condition.
Display products according to merchandising guidelines.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment throughout the day.
Report low or out-of-stock items to the Retail Manager.
Ensure proper stock rotation and update in the Retek system.
Maintain testers in good condition and cleanliness.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure proper placement and condition of merchandise in all stock areas.
Report store maintenance or health and safety issues to management.
Adhere to security procedures for handling cash and assets.
Conduct weekly top SKU counts.
Consolidate sales records weekly and monthly as required.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 education.
Experience in the luxury beauty industry or retail cosmetics.
Skilled makeup artist or skincare specialist.
