Call Centre Sales Agents Bedfordview JHB Our client is would like to employ experienced inbound call centre agents to join their growing sales team in Johannesburg. Position is office based and is a Monday - Friday work week. The candidate will be joining a reputable National company selling various motor related insurance and non-insurance value added products. Do you have sales experience in the Motor or Insurance Industry? Candidate must have a clear English accent, other S.A. languages are beneficial. MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION The Sales Agent would be required to: Sell short-term Motor Plans (Warranty and Service Plans) Generate value off a non-closing call Comply with the companys compliance Have a competent telephone manner Have strong objection handling skills Be able to close a sale Sales Agent is required to meet daily, weekly, monthly targets and annual key performance indicators (KPIs) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Mature individual Self-driven and motivated Good communication skills Target driven Ability to understand the clients tone of voice and receptiveness Customer service oriented Ability to quickly address customer concerns and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle CANDIDATE WOULD REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING A Matriculation Be a South African Citizen Should have 6-12 months outbound call centre experience in the insurance or motor industry being an advantage, but not a pre-requisite Ideally candidate should live near to the Southern Suburbs Should be computer literate in MS Word, Excel & Outlook In return we offer you a competitive market related salary, depending on experience, plus commission structure.
