Details of the offer

Currently we are looking for Call center Agents to work in our company.

Responsibilities of this Post
Answer calls and respond to emails by logging the requests.
Enter new customer information into system
Handle customer enquiries both over the phone and by email.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Research required information using available resources.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Update existing customer information.
Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Requirements of this Post
Grade 12.
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Good data entry and typing skills.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
