Required Education:

Skills/Experience Required:
3 years stable track record in a Call Centre environment
Team leader / supervisory experience
Assist with client queries

Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients and verifying information.

Determine eligibility of the clients by comparing client information to requirements.
Establish policies by entering client information and confirm pricing.
Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions and providing information.
Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures.
