Responsibilities: Deliver bespoke butler service to VIP and suite guests, ensuring seamless stays Anticipate guest needs and personalise every aspect of the experience Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams to ensure flawless service delivery Manage guest requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail Oversee in-room dining setups, unpacking/packing services, and special arrangements Maintain the highest standards of presentation, etiquette, and confidentiality Handle guest preferences, profiles, and special occasions with precision
Requirements:
