Key Performance Areas- Full responsibility for P&L of the PTS Business in your territory.- Achieve results as per objectives agreed with the PTS Division.- Develop the business within the defined Business Territory as per guidelines laid down by the PTS Division, with the objective of giving all products their best chance in the market.- Develop the present organisation to assure success in our ambition to grow market share (1:1 ratio) in a profitable way.- Pay strong attention to Internet / Intranet / Extranet development possibilities, actively embracing and supporting global projects resulting in strengthened customer relationships and better operating efficiency.- Follow the guidelines issued by the Business Area regarding cross-border business in order to best serve customer and the companys' interests- Establish a structure giving written job descriptions with clear key performance dicators to all positions, including yearly appraisals and follow-up.- Embrace the Groups Planning Process as project owner and promote it to key staff in the organisation- Embrace the use of Cloud for Customer and use it to drive the business.- Develop local employees and ensure the next generation talent is ready.Experience requirements- Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in service business and operations;- Extensive Management experience;- Good planning and organizational skills;- Ability to direct the identification of business opportunities for the profitable growth of the market;- Strong Customer Care focusEducational requirements- University degree in Engineering or similar through experience; - Management experience and good understanding of business financials (in particular those related to service);- Proven commercial and business experience.
