The role:

The roles require somebody with business development (BD) and sales experience to drive pipeline growth, build profile and deliver revenue generating activities in fast-moving sectors at the target and interact stages of the sales process. You will need to be tenacious and driven, with strong influencing skills and impact.

- Work with Sector Leaders to drive the go to market strategies and plans
- Work with Account Leaders to grow Consulting revenues on strategic accounts
- Identify, own & drive new key account opportunities for Consulting
- Identify & drive pursuit and account based marketing plans that leverage the thought leadership, event programme and campaigns being created by both Industry and Consulting marketing teams
- Activate industry led & Consulting service led marketing campaigns and sales campaigns to help drive medium to long-term sub-sector level profiles in the market
- Analyse pipeline trends, highlight insights and track ROI on all sales/campaign activity
- Engage with Strategic Alliance Partners to grow digitally led transformation pipeline

Skills & Experience Required

- Significant experience in BD and sales - ideally in a professional services environment, but this is not essential • Experience in building and executing sales campaigns and lead generation activities
- Experience in using CRM systems to drive and track relationships and campaigns
- A commercial outlook with a focus on results
- Strong relationship and influencing skills
- Resilience and tenacity
- Good communication and team ethos
- Foundation knowledge of marketing campaigns, thought leadership and events
