The opportunity:
Position plays a critical function is managing core people project elements of Prestige Caledon’s expansion plans:
•Project manage Prestige Caledon training programme roll-out, including:
•Oversee internal ER management and become key point of contact for staff as well as the Fuse
•Manage internal HR reporting functions
Report into Prestige Caledon’s Head of Operations
Roles and responsibilities with grow as the production hub expands

Responsibilities:
•Position plays a critical function is managing core people project elements of Prestige Caledon’s expansion plans:
•Project manage Prestige Caledon training programme roll-out, including:
Manage relationship with training service providers
Oversee effective administration of training programmes
Project Manage future recruitment drives
Act as key point of contact for Prestige Senior Management as service providers for project progress reporting
•Oversee internal ER management and become key point of contact for staff as well as the Fuse
•Manage internal HR reporting functions
Manage daily absenteeism reporting process
Prestige Benefits administration
Bargaining Council Compliance
Oversee payroll and become key point of contact for Prestige senior management and Group Payroll
Ensuring performance management is done effectively (PDDs, measurements etc.)
Responsible for recruitment and induction of all new employees (not just recruitment drives)
Requirements:
•Experience in clothing manufacturing environment
•Project administration
•Payroll, HR/ER experience in manufacturing environment
