Job Description:

Plan and direct all administrative, financial and operational activities for the Financial director.
Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the director to facilitate efficient decision making
Oversee the management of the Director’s office to ensure smooth operations and that resources are available and operating effectively.
Act as initial point of entry for escalated queries and for queries from other external stakeholders

Establish and manage relationships with both internal and external sources of information from role players and clients to source relevant information
Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external role players such as committees and employees
Initiate and plan employee engagement events and communication management.
Management of directors/executive diaries and arrangement of appointment
Organise meetings, logistics and conferences
Taking and distribution of minutes at meetings
Receive visitors and direct them to correct venues
Screen calls take messages or divert to correct person
Update business unit contact details and organograms
Drafting/Preparing of reports, memos, letters and presentations
Document management
Ordering and distribution of stationary and corporate clothing
Arrange accommodation for business unit and travel with insurance declarations where required.
FOREX orders and administration for travel
Administer corporate social responsibility
Available for ad-hoc projects within limits of capability

Job Requirements:
Grade 12,
Associate degree;Bachelor’s preferred
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of high accuracy, analytical and organisational skills and excellent computer skills
