As the Business Applications Manager, you'll lead a talented team of Service Owners and Application Support Specialists, cultivating a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
Partnering with stakeholders across RealNZ, you'll ensure our applications are optimised to meet both short-term objectives and long-term ambitions, supported by robust roadmaps and innovative solutions.
You'll oversee the seamless integration of applications within RealNZ's ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
Governance and compliance will be a key focus, as you ensure all applications meet the highest standards of security, performance, and regulatory alignment.
Additionally, you'll manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
What You'll BringA bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in business application management, including handling complex integrations and building application roadmaps.A track record of leadership success, with the ability to inspire and grow high-performing teams.Strong stakeholder management expertise, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.A forward-thinking mindset, always on the lookout for opportunities to innovate and improve.What's in it for You?Enjoy some incredible staff perks!
