Business Analyst (Senior) (Maternity Cover)

Job Description About our client: Our client is a highly successful NPO.

What you will be doing: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and prioritize them within the product roadmap.
Design and conduct experiments with success metrics to evaluate potential solutions and recommend the optimal path forward.
Translate business needs and experiment outcomes into clear business requirements for the technical development teams - including processes, data flow, and functional requirements.
Validate business requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility.
Identify and document dependencies, assumptions, and risks.
Define acceptance criteria to guide software testing and assist during User Acceptance Testing.
Support business and user adoption of new processes and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to establish operating processes and standards for continuous improvement.
Perform other relevant duties to deliver a high-quality technology platform and data environment.
What our client is looking for: Relevant degree (IT, Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) would be beneficial.
Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) / Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certifications.
4-10 years of business analysis experience.
Experience working in an Agile environment and working with Jira.
Analytical approach.
Software and data experience.
Proven track record Excellent communicator (all levels, technical and non-technical audiences).
Comfortable explaining data models and findings.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
