To provide support and service excellence to the Head of Strategic partnerships across all new/pipeline and existing partnerships and the value adds proposition and offering.To assist with the compilation of business cases, financial modelling, compilation of business specifications, development and management of SLA’s and project management within the partnerships sphere.Assist with development of standard operating processes mapping and documentation of business rules.Assist with key office administration tasks, procurement processes and tracking partner performance Business case development Modelling techniques and methods Relationship management Project Management principles Quality Maintenance of all Functional Specifications Ensure conformity and compliance of specification according to business requirements Define and Review specifications in terms of the following:providing advice on completeness making corrections where necessary Sign off and check that all relevant parties have signed the specifications before handover Arrange and co-ordinate specification handover meetings between various stakeholders (Users, Development Managers, and IT Testers) Monitor and resolve queries raised by the Users, Developers and Testers Coordinate unresolved queries with Business if not present during handover and facilitate that all queries are resolved.Monitor that specification is updated with any additional requirements Liaise with Third party (Talgentra) on behalf of ABIL with regards to contract, invoicing,development and system upgrades Draft major functional specifications Establish business requirements of users Research system implications and solutions Document the requirements and solutions Circulate draft specifications to various stakeholders for review Arrange JAD’s sessions to update specification and obtain sign off from stakeholders Oversee test solutions as developed and sign off results for acceptability before and post implementation Maintenance of System Documentation Provide advice and review the quality of systems documentation Manage the following:Compilation of systems documentation Updating of documentation re: all new changes Providing System Related Support Follow up on finalisation of outstanding functional specifications Provide advice to Trainers on the impact of system and procedural changes Develop test cases and handover to test manager Provide systems training to the business from time to time Provide in house business related training Systems Development life cycle Sign - off change requests and review implementation plans and test results before deploy To log the change orders for Partnerships projects Motivate CO development and represent them at the change forums Working with other resources in the bank, support the Head of Strategic Partnerships to operationalise and integrate partnerships into the Customer Engagement function Define back office functions in African Bank required to support the partners Business requirement management Development of Technical Solutions to advance business Assisting with business case and commercials Planning and monitoring Testing and sign-off of solutions (Fairly unique to AB) Customer Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients by providing advice and assistance.
